Shipping Policy


Orders are first processed within 1-4 business days Followed By Shipping takes 1-3 business days (You May Recieve Order 10 Business Days After You Have Placed Your Order) not including national holidays (Can Extend Shipping Times By 1-2 Business Days). Please make sure that you double check your shipping address information before submitting your order. After your order has been shipped off and is out of our possession, it is out of our control. (Please Plan Order Accordingly. DollFace Extensions LLC Is Not Responsible For Any Time Sensitive Appointments Or Events.)

Packaging are shipped through USPS. Once Shipping Label Is Created, Emails are sent with tracking number(s). 

***ONCE IN USPS POSSESSION WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ITEMS. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via. Carrier, or incorrect shipping info, We Are not responsible for weather related delays (please expect delays during national holidays) Shipping fees are non-refundable 

If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. DollFace Extensions does not hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.  We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 1-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-6 Business Days to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being DELIVERED.
